How do I keep my pal safe if I get a new phone?
Open your pal’s tab, tap the gear, then “Keep your pal safe” and Continue with Apple. On the new phone, open HiroPals and tap “Already have a pal? Bring them back.” If you just delete and reinstall HiroPals on the same phone, your pal comes back on its own.
When does my pal grow up?
Growing up needs two things: enough care and enough days. Your pal’s tab shows both bars. Care only counts when your pal actually needed it, like feeding them when they’re hungry.
How do I get more coins?
Look after your pal when they need it, give them the food they crave, and they’ll earn coins. Growing up pays a bonus too, and so does inviting friends. Tap the coin count in the app to see everything.
How do friend rewards work?
Share your pal from the Friends tab. When a brand-new player joins with your code, they get coins right away. Once they’ve looked after their pal for a couple of days, you get coins too, and you work toward the Crown, Candy land and the MiniPal.
My pal passed away. Can I bring them back?
Yes. You can revive your pal with coins, or say goodbye and start a new pal. Your coins and the things you own always stay with you.
I can’t hear any sound or music.
Tap the speaker button at the top of the Room and check Music and Sounds are turned up. Then turn your phone’s volume up.
How do I delete my account?
Open your pal’s tab, tap the gear, then “Delete my account.” This removes your pal, coins and everything you own from our servers and resets the app. It can’t be undone.
